   At Mama's Mansion, we are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for every participant in our program. To ensure the integrity of our application and residency process, we ask that all applicants review the following fees and their purpose.

   The $10 application fee is a non-refundable administrative fee used to assist with applicant screening and due diligence procedures. This includes helping to cover the costs associated with reviewing applications and conducting criminal background checks when required as part of our selection process. Our goal is to provide a safe and secure environment for all residents, mentors, and staff members of Mama's Mansion.

   Private Review by Mama's Mansion

   Mama's Mansion is a private entrepreneurship club, so not everyone is automatically accepted. Each application is carefully reviewed to understand your goals, mindset, ambition, and readiness for the experience.

   Selected Applicants Are Invited

   If your application is approved, you will receive an invitation to move forward. Only selected individuals will be offered a spot inside the Mama's Mansion mentorship and residence experience.

4. 04

   Pay the $1,500 Security Deposit Fee

   Applicants who are approved for residency will be required to submit a $1,500 security deposit upon signing their residency agreement. This deposit is not a program fee and is not payment for housing or mentorship services. It is held solely as a damage deposit during the resident's stay at Mama's Mansion. In the event that damage occurs to the property beyond normal wear and tear during residency, the security deposit may be used to cover the cost of repairs or replacements resulting from that damage.

   If no damage has occurred and all applicable terms of the residency agreement have been satisfied upon departure, the security deposit will be returned in accordance with the terms outlined in the signed agreement.

   These measures are in place to protect both our residents and the Mama's Mansion community while ensuring that we are able to continue providing a safe, welcoming, and life-changing environment for future participants.

   Begin the Mansion Experience

   Once enrolled, participants begin their journey inside a luxury residence-style mentorship experience.
